Vaught Elected to Serve on Executive Committee

For the third
consecutive year, Gene P. Vaught, III of McCutchen,
Mumford, Vaught, O’Dea and Geddie has been elected to
serve on the Executive Committee of the Association
of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers’
Compensation.
For the third
consecutive year, Gene P. Vaught, III of McCutchen,
Mumford, Vaught, O’Dea and Geddie has been elected to
serve on the Executive Committee of the Association
of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers’
Compensation. The association is comprised of
attorneys from around the State of South Carolina who
represent injured workers in workers’ compensation
matters. The Executive Committee is made up of twelve
(12) attorneys from around the State, with Vaught
representing Horry and Georgetown Counties. The
mission of the association is to protect and advance
the rights of injured workers.
