Attorney Margaret Evans has been a certified family court mediator and a certified civil court mediator since 2007. She has successfully settled many complicated divorce and custody cases over the past 10 years. Because of her experience in family court, she is aware of all of the issues that need to be addressed in reaching a mediated agreement and how best to accomplish that goal for the parties involved.

Attorney Margaret Evans has successfully settled civil litigation cases, too. Because of her association with greyhound rescue, she is often called to mediate "dog bite" cases. She has also settled defamation cases and mechanic's lien cases, too.
